The Halo 3 (Q3) Tournament is finally coming to an end and Yes Ltek-Quitorpwn is still running strong!

Scott Flanagan and Mike Fry (Ltek-Quitorpwn) is tearing up the maps in the Halo 3 Tournament and hopefully they can keep 1st place under their belt.

Its been a very stressful week since the finals are coming to an end and we can finally see who has what it takes to win. Out of the 2 matches Scott and Mike played on Thursday they won 1 and lost 1. Its alright because its double eliminations and there still fighting for the 1st place title.

The last day of the Tournament is being held on Thursday September 3rd, instead of Thursday August 27th due to the MLG state tournament being held that same day. This works out good because Mike Fry is a participant in the MLG state tournament!

Stakes are high for this last day of the tournament but with some support from other gamers and a nice cold bottle of Bawls Guarana, September 3rd should be a day to remember because there is a good chance that Ltek-Quitorpwn will walk away Victorious with 1st Place.

 

Woot!!! we got our new drink cooler.... We were supposed to get a "Bawls" drink cooler for the gaming center but someone didnt make that happen :(

Now were stuck with this "Snapple" cooler and well we dont like snapple lol. We have it filled with G33K B33R, Bawls Guarana, Mtn Dew, Coke, and Arizona Tea.

Lately it seems like i am a babysitter for our Sales Rep.. He nevers answers the phone, never keeps his word. If we order 3 cases of drink we are lucky if we get 2 cases, I guess some people take a job and make it seem like they are good at it but in all actuality, a 5 year old could do the job so much better and you know what, they work for a much lower wage :)  

One of our Teams Ltek-QuitorPwn (Scott Flanagan and Mike Fry) is heading to the finnals!!

The night started off with setting up the xbox's and practicing for about a half hour before the tournament started. Each week there is a new map so Scott and Mike wanted to get some test runs in before it was time for Pownage!

Ltek-Quitorpwn tore through the first 3 matchs of the night with no problems at all. Then on match 4 they were matched up against one of the top teams that have been known to win state tournaments. There were alot riding on this match but a combination of skill and team work Scott and Mike annihilated the team and shot ahead of 2nd place.

They went on to play 1 more match for the night and of course they won that one as well.

With just 1 more day left before the finnals start, they are ranked in 1st place with a 400 point lead on 2nd place. This next week should be amasing to see how far ahead of everyone else Scott and Mike take Ltek-QuitorPwn!!

The Gaming center is finnaly up and running. We have been working really hard the past month and now its time to start having fun!!! We installed more jacks to hook up more PCs, added more games to our arsenal and scedualed a crazy amount of events starting now!!
